Platinum members get unlimited in-person urgent care consultations at TexMed network facilities. Our providers evaluate and treat a wide range of everyday illnesses and injuries on the spot, so your team can get seen quickly instead of waiting on a specialist referral or an ER visit.

✓ Pink eye and other eye infections
✓ Allergic symptoms, poison ivy/poison oak, rash and skin infections
✓ Blister, cyst, and abscess evaluation and treatment

✓ Motor vehicle accident evaluation (no-fault)
✓ Colds, cough, flu-like illness, sore throat, sinus infection, pneumonia, wheezing & asthma-related complaints

Good for the whole family: Pediatric patients are welcome — there’s no minimum or maximum age restriction for urgent care visits. Treatment is always based on provider assessment and clinical appropriateness. For conditions beyond urgent care’s scope, members are referred to the right specialist or, when needed, emergency care.
